Job Description

Role Summary:

The Video Production Executive will be responsible for managing video content creation, photography, and visual documentation for the brand, social media campaigns, product promotions, events, internal communication, and other content production requirements of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Shoot and edit video content for brand-building, social media, campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Capture high-quality photographs and key moments during company events, programs, campaigns, and internal activities for branding and communication purposes.
Create reels, short videos, interview videos, event coverage, product videos, and other marketing-related video content.
Handle the complete video production process, including planning, shooting, editing, and final output delivery.
Work with the marketing and business teams to develop video content ideas aligned with company objectives.
Ensure photo and video outputs are visually appealing, brand-consistent, and suitable for different digital platforms.
Manage camera, lighting, audio,



and other shooting equipment during production.
Apply strong storytelling skills to create engaging and meaningful video content.
Support internal and external communication through skilled visual content.

Tools / Skills Required:
Adobe Premiere Pro
DaVinci Resolve
Camera handling
Photography and videography skills
Lighting, audio, and shooting equipment handling
Solid storytelling skills
Knowledge of video framing, sequencing, and editing flow
Social media video formats such as reels, shorts, and promotional videos

Portfolio Requirement for Video Production Executive:

Candidates should share a portfolio of previous video and photography works, including reels, social media videos, event coverage, promotional videos, interviews, product videos, event photographs, or other relevant visual content samples.
