We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined Technical Support Engineer who is passionate about learning and delivering excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should have a robust technical foundation, positive analytical skills, and the ability to quickly understand new products and technologies in the electrical and electronics domain.

Key Responsibilities
Provide timely technical support and resolve customer queries effectively.
Understand, learn, and explain product features, functionalities, and applications to customers.
Perform basic troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and basic operational guidance.
Continuously enhance product knowledge to support new technologies and solutions.

Eligibility & Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in B.Tech (Electrical, Electronics, ECE, or related disciplines) or BCA.
Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Freshers must possess a robust technical background and sound understanding of technical concepts.

Required Skills
Strong technical aptitude with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of electrical, electronics, or IT-related systems.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn new technologies and products quickly.
Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
