BMW Sanghi Classic is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused specialists to join our Client Relationship team ,front office and telling calling for jaipur ,udaipur and jodhpur office .

This is much more than a customer service role—you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury experience to every guest who visits our showroom.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients visiting the BMW showroom.
Ensure every customer receives a premium hospitality experience.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Manage customer databases and CRM records with accuracy.
Coordinate customer appointments, follow-ups, and feedback calls.
Support test drive scheduling and vehicle delivery coordination.
Supervise showroom readiness, customer lounge,



and overall client experience.
Assist in organizing luxury events, product launches, lifestyle activities, and exclusive customer engagements.
Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining BMW's premium standards.
