The Area Sales Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing Retailer Finance penetration. The ASM will play a crucial role in fostering and managing relationships with trade partners, while continuously seeking prospects for business expansion.
Leading and inspiring the sales team to achieve success is a fundamental aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Growth:

Enhance Retailer Finance Penetration:
Work closely with finance partners to develop effective financing solutions for retailers. - Educate retailers on the benefits of financing options and facilitate the adoption of Retailer Finance programs.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of Retailer Finance initiatives.
Foster and Manage Relationships:
Cultivate solid partnerships with lenders and trade partners.
Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships. - Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise with partners in a timely and professional manner.
