Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Analysis of Invoice Tracker & MIS Reporting

Perform aging analysis of invoices (processed, pending, overdue).
Monitor and report invoice status (received, under process, approved, rejected, paid).
Provide segregation of MSME and non-MSME invoices for compliance tracking.
Prepare monthly analysis of processed and pending invoices and turnaround time (TAT).
Analyse Repair & Maintenance expenses.
Segregate and track RC (Rate Contract) and Non-RC expenses. Identify cost trends and highlight deviations.
Maintain tracker for lease agreements and termination cases.
Maintain tracker for vendor agreements.
Prepare and publish Monthly MIS Report Card. Include: Invoice aging analysis, Pending vs processed invoices, MSME & Non-MSME segregation, PO aging and closure status, Expense and R&M; analysis
Develop dashboards and summaries for management review.
Open PO MIS Management

Maintain Open Purchase Order (PO) MIS. Track aging of open POs and follow up for closure.
Provide status updates on PO closure, pending approvals, and outstanding liabilities.
GST Reconciliation





Perform reconciliation of GST disputed cases.
Maintain records of discrepancies and coordinate with finance/taxation teams.
Ensure timely resolution and reporting of GST-related issues.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Solid proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, and data tools
Experience in MIS reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
Knowledge of financial processes, GST reconciliation, and procurement data
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Positive communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field
5–8 years of relevant experience in MIS or data analysis roles
Key Deliverables:

Accurate and timely MIS reports
Effective tracking of invoices, POs, and expenses
Actionable insights to improve efficiency and control costs
Proper reconciliation and closure of GST discrepancies
