Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Site Supervisor for one of our reputed builder clients in Borivali (W), Mumbai .

Key Responsibilities:
To assist the engineers in the delivery of the project by supervising in office activities during site establishment, mobilization, RCC, Finishing and other civil/structural works, services and equipment installation, testing and commissioning, demobilization and handover.

Reports to: Project Engineer / Project Manager

Candidates profile:
Minimum 10 years work experience in high rise real estate projects, with thorough working knowledge of scaffolding, centering, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, finishes and services such as Plumbing and firefighting.
Flair for finishes.
Positive at communicating with workmen and effective reporting.
Able to maintain site safety, hygiene, proper material storage, orderliness and valuable housekeeping.
