Job Description: Key Responsibilities
Machine Setup: Calibrate machines, load necessary tools, and secure raw materials (metal, plastic, etc.) for production.
Programming: Load pre-written programs or input parameters (speed, cutting depth, and feed rates) into the CNC controller.
Trial Runs: Perform initial test cuts to verify alignment and adjust machine settings prior to mass production.
Quality Control: Inspect finished components using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine upkeep (cleaning, lubricating parts) and troubleshoot mechanical or software malfunctions.
