Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Design & Planning:
o Reviewing architectural concepts, schematic designs and detailed construction drawings
using software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
o Prepare feasibility studies, space planning, and 3D visualizations for client presentations.
o Ensure designs align with client objectives, budget, and regulatory standards (zoning,
safety, accessibility).
Project Management:
o Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design integrity
during execution.
o Review shop drawings, material samples, and in office construction for compliance.
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Liaise with clients to understand their needs and present design proposals.
o Address feedback and modify designs as required.
o Work with government authorities for approvals and permits.
o Research materials, construction methods, and trends to enhance efficiency.
Documentation & Compliance:
o Ensure adherence to local building codes and international best practices.
