We are looking for dedicated Airport Ground Staff to help manage daily operations at our facility in Malda, India. This is an entry-level, full-time position suitable for candidates with a minimum education of 10th grade.

Key Responsibilities:
Passenger Assistance: Greet and assist passengers with boarding, check-in, and baggage handling, ensuring they have a smooth travel experience.
Documentation Check: Verify passenger tickets and identification documents, ensuring compliance with airline regulations.
Baggage Handling: Safely transport and load luggage onto aircraft, minimizing the risk of damage or loss.
Communication: Provide timely information to passengers regarding flight details, gate changes, and delays, maintaining clear communication throughout their journey.
Safety and Security: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure airport workplace, reporting any suspicious activities to supervisors.
