Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Support operation and maintenance of production and utility equipment (e.g., granulators, blenders, tablet compression, coating machines).
Assist in monitoring equipment performance and documenting key parameters.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Valuable Engineering Practices (GEP).
Participate in preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and utility systems.
Ensure timely documentation of maintenance activities and logbooks.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, Production, Warehouse) for smooth operations.
Support in execution of calibration and validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) under supervision.
Assist in handling HVAC, water systems (PW/RO), and environmental monitoring equipment.




Maintain safety and hygiene standards in the plant premises.
Learn regulatory and compliance procedures (GMP, GDP) relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
Contribute to engineering documentation and audit readiness activities.
Escalate technical issues to senior engineers for timely resolution.
