Job Summary

We are looking for a HR Executive – Talent Acquisition with 6+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and joining formalities for technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.




Schedule interviews and ensure timely candidate communication.
Handle offer rollout, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment MIS, ATS, and hiring reports.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline.

RequirementsRequirements
MBA in HR (Mandatory).
6+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience.
Robust knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
