The Digital Assurance CoE Lead will spearhead the transformation of our global quality
engineering practices. Moving beyond traditional testing, this role will establish a centralized
framework for continuous testing, automation, performance engineering, and AI-driven quality
assurance. You will ensure that all digital products, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications
meet the highest standards of reliability, security, and velocity before reaching our global users.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Standard Setting
Define the global Digital Assurance strategy, pivoting from reactive "testing" to proactive
"Quality Engineering."
Establish standardized testing frameworks, automation blueprints, and toolchains across
the enterprise.
Design and enforce Shift-Left and Shift-Right testing methodologies within CI/CD
pipelines.
Automation & Technological Innovation
Drive a metrics-driven automation-first culture (targeting high-volume UI, API, and
regression automation).
Integrate AI/ML tools into the testing lifecycle (e.g., predictive analytics for bug detection,
automated test generation).
Oversee specialized testing tracks including Performance, Security/SecOps, and




Accessibility (WCAG).
Command Center Operations & Governance
Manage centralized digital assurance dashboards providing real-time quality insights to
executive leadership.
Lead a global team of Quality Engineers, SDETs, and performance specialists.
Optimize tool spend and manage enterprise licenses for commercial and open-source
QA tools.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 15+ years in Software Quality Engineering, with 4+ years managing a
QA/Digital Assurance CoE or centralized testing function for a global organization.
Experience working in a matrix setting, ideally on the client side.

Technical Skills: Mastery of automation frameworks (Watermelon, Selenium,
Playwright, Cypress), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab), Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and
Performance/APM tools (JMeter, Dynatrace).
Methodologies: Deep expertise in Agile, DevOps, TDD/BDD, and up-to-date software
delivery lifecycles.
Soft Skills: Solid analytical mindset, capability to influence decentralized engineering
teams, and excellent crisis-management skills.
