Key Responsibilities
Pick products accurately as per customer orders.
Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit.
Ensure correct products, quantities, and offers/freebies are packed before dispatch.
Print and paste shipping labels on parcels.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability.
Assist in inventory counting and stock management.
Perform quality checks on products before packing.
Pack promotional kits, influencer PR boxes, and festive gift hampers as required.
Hand over packed shipments to courier partners on time.
Report damaged, missing, or defective products immediately.
