Back office operations for PMS, MF and other investment product:
Speaking to customers on the documentations and other account opening queries.
Meeting the client in person and closing the documentation needed.
Managing the entire Bangalore client base for the PMS and MF products, if any.
Coordinate with the Mumbai (central office) and customer relation team for prompt resolutions for Bangalore market.
Personally meet the customers for the documentation request and also to punch the acct opening forms and other forms into the system.
