Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities – 1. Finalisation of Inspection Test Procedures / QAPs for electrical and instrumentation items. 2. Carrying out inspections of: HV/MV/LV Transformers, Switchgears, Drives & Motors, Control & protection systems, Process instruments and Control & automation systems 3. Interaction with Clients & Vendors to ensure smooth coordination. 4. Planning and accomplishing inspection deliverables and ensure they are on time, accurate, error-free and cost-effective in execution Education - B.E. / B. Tech (Electrical) Skills & Competencies – 1. Proficient in inspection and testing of HV/MV/LV transformers, switchgears, drives and motors,



control and protection systems, as well as process instruments and control & automation systems. 2. Capable of developing inspection and testing procedures and QAPs for electrical and instrumentation items. 3. Solid knowledge of inspection, testing, and QA processes covering the entire cycle from raw material stage to final inspection of electrical equipment. 4. Possess valuable knowledge of applicable national and international standards and codes. 5. Fair knowledge of statutory requirements related to electrical equipment. 6. Fair knowledge of ISO 9001 – QMS requirements and be familiar with ISO/IEC 17020 inspection body requirements. 7. Demonstrate very good interpersonal skills to effectively handle clients, vendors, and external inspection resources. 8. The candidate should be an effective collaborator and work well with team members. Years of Experience – 9 – 12 years of experience majorly in Inspection, Testing & Quality Assurance of electrical equipment from a third party Inspection Agency or from reputed EPC Company. Salary to be offered – Up to Rs. 10 LPA CTC (Depending on experience) Location – Chennai, Engineering Centre, 480 Anna Salai, Nandanam
