Position: Asst. Manager - HR

Location: Sion - Mumbai

Experience: 10 - 15 Years

Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Onboard recent employees and ensure smooth integration.
Administer employee advantages, policies, and compliance.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Maintain HRIS, updating employee records and data.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Assist in payroll processing and labor law compliance.
Support management in employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prepare HR reports and provide strategic recommendations

Required Qualification: - MHRM/MSW/MBA - HR
