Job Description:
Team Management:
Supervise and lead a team of furniture installers, technicians, and subcontractors, delegating tasks and managing workflow.
Project Oversight:
Monitor the installation process from start to finish, ensuring it aligns with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Quality Control:
Inspect installations to ensure they meet the design specifications and quality benchmarks.
Coordination:
Liaise with project managers, designers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Problem Solving:
Address and resolve any in office issues, challenges, or delays that may arise during the project.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforce safety regulations, conduct safety training, and ensure all site operations comply with company and industry standards.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and employee attendance.
Logistics:
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials to the site.
