Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing information about our products/services, and generating leads. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive demeanor, and a passion for achieving targets, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.




Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
Follow up on leads and prospects through email or phone calls.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.
Maintain a positive and skilled attitude when dealing with customers.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role.
Excellent verbal communication skills, especially in [Language(s)].
Robust persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and telecommunication systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, sales, or a related field is a plus.
