Key Responsibilities : Engage with graduates and potential candidates through phone calls.
Explain job opportunities and company requirements to candidates.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates regularly.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment data.
Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates.




Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth candidate engagement.
Eligibility : Female candidates only.
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Robust interpersonal and coordination skills.
