We are looking for a skilled CNC/VMC Programmer cum Operator who can independently program, set up, and operate CNC and VMC machines to manufacture precision components while maintaining quality and production targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreate CNC/VMC programs using G-code and M-code.
Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
Operate CNC Turning and VMC machines efficiently.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;
Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters.
Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks.
Measure components using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and Dial Indicator.
Optimize cycle time and improve machining efficiency.
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic preventive maintenance.
Ensure production targets are achieved with minimum rejection.
Follow safety procedures and company SOPs.
Coordinate with production and quality departments.
Required SkillsCNC/VMC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Haas, etc.)
