• Solid experience in handling corporate clients in the South market.

ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is an Indian IRDAI-licensed direct insurance broker providing risk advisory, insurance broking, claims support, risk assessment and agriculture sector.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive corporate client acquisition across key industries in the South region.
• Generate new business in Property, Engineering, Liability, Marine, Group Health, and other commercial lines.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve topline and bottomline targets.
• Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective corporate accounts.
• Engage with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders of corporate clients.




• Ensure high client retention through superior servicing and cross-selling.
• Provide risk management and insurance advisory solutions to clients.
• Identify new market prospects and industry segments.
• Strengthen insurer relationships for competitive quotes and product support.
• Track market intelligence, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
• Set KRAs, monitor performance, and drive a result-oriented sales culture.
• Collaborate with operations, placement, and claims teams for seamless service delivery.

Graduate / Post Graduate in any disciple
