Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, or Chemical Engineering.
Postgraduate qualification will be preferred.
Job Summary
We are looking for a senior operations leader to head a large mineral processing facility. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, production efficiency, plant reliability, maintenance strategies, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives while leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall operations of the grinding and mineral processing unit.
Drive production planning and operational efficiency.
Optimize equipment performance and plant productivity.
Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
Monitor plant performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with process, maintenance, quality, and project teams.
Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and statutory requirements.
Control operational costs and improve resource utilization.
Lead plant expansion and modernization initiatives whenever required.
Mentor and develop engineering and operations teams.
