Job Opening:- Project Manager
Analyze area level data to identify gaps and drive necessary initiatives
Explore and open recent clients i.e. builders, government institutions, repainting societies, construction sites, etc. to expand the overall sustainable sale potential in the area. Increase participation
Collect reliable information about business ecosystem/customer/area/competition for market mapping and sensitize the management
Gather information on competitor activities in the region and act upon it.

Revenue Responsibility :
Delivering on value and volume for geography
Interact with Corporate, influencers project dealers to understand product needs/ product
Perception / dissatisfaction across the market
Prepare plan to achieve the assigned business objectives for the depot on a monthly level and work towards achievement of targets as per budget
Ensure the growth of core products along with current and focused products

Project Management :
Implement project specific initiatives schemes and ensure control measures
Dealing with big accounts (contractors/ builders/govt. institutes/ construction sites etc.)




Track and provide effective and appropriate solution to the client problem and ensure complete customer satisfaction within defined timelines
Ensure availability of material and services through co-ordination with other functions
Commercial Responsibility :
Control entire accounting and audit related queries
Collecting receivables are per organizations norms and review of credit
worthiness of business associates and timely review of the same.

Influencer Management :
Drive influencer loyalty programs as per the policies of the organization. Ensure extension of perks to influencers as per the defined loyalty program structure
Rapport building with key influencers/stakeholders, viz: contractors, builders,
key accounts, interior designers, architects, repair & restoration consultants etc and providing them with technical knowhow.
Ensuring hygiene factors, organization policies and systems are implemented as desired.
Review daily performance dashboard & leverage business communication module.

QUALIFICATION – GRADUATE/MBA /CHEMICAL ENGG BACKGROUND/PAINT TECHNOLOGIST
