Job Title: Sr. Coordinator – Disputes

Experience - 3+ yrs

Location: Chennai

Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA

Reporting To: Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
Review, validate, investigate, and resolve revenue-related disputes in line with company policies, SOPs, and business guidelines.
Identify the root cause of revenue discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for timely resolution.
Process, update, and finalize dispute cases accurately in FIS within defined SLAs.
Maintain complete documentation of dispute actions, resolutions, and supporting details.
Monitor assigned cases, ensure timely closure, and escalate complex or high-risk cases when required.
Implement process updates, support process improvement initiatives, and enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure quality, accuracy,



productivity, compliance, and achievement of operational goals.
Complete mandatory functional HIP training within prescribed timelines.

Required Skills:
Relevant experience in the Shipping or Freight Forwarding industry.
Solid analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid stakeholder coordination and teamwork.
Active listening, problem-solving, negotiation, empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
Ability to adhere to SOPs, internal controls, and service guidelines.

Preferred: Immediate joiners with relevant Shipping/Freight Forwarding experience.
