Job Responsibilities:
Fundamental Knowledge in Switching & Routing
Practical Exposure to work in Switch Router & Firewall .
Exposure in Regular Monitoring & Maintenance of Networking Infrastructure Health.
Exposure in NMS tool for network monitoring.
Proficient with Customer Communication to understanding problems as reported by Customer.
Basic Troubleshooting skills to understand the problem as reported by customer
Qualifications:
3 years Working experience in LAN & WAN
Educational qualifications: B.E or MCA or Diploma Eng or B.Sc.
