Job Description: Site Supervisor – Interior Projects

Experience: 4–5 Years

Industry: Interior Design / Fit-outs / Turnkey Projects

Job Summary:

Responsible for in office execution of interior projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and as per design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects
Execute work as per drawings, BOQs, and project timelines
Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients
Ensure proper manpower planning and material availability
Monitor quality of work (carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, finishing, etc.)
Maintain site safety standards and compliance
Track project progress and report updates to management
Handle site measurements and verification
Resolve on-site issues and delays proactively




Ensure proper documentation (site reports, work progress, bills verification)

Required Skills:
Positive understanding of interior execution (woodwork, false ceiling, flooring, painting, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Robust coordination and communication skills
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Knowledge of site safety and quality standards

Qualification:
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or related field

Preferred Requirements:
Experience in commercial or residential interior projects
Ability to handle multiple sites (if required)
Solid vendor and contractor management skills
