Job Description: Job Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and other metal components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
Set up and operate welding machines, grinders, and cutting tools.
Measure, cut, align, and assemble metal parts as per specifications.
Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify defects or weak joints.
Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper machine settings.
Follow safety procedures and use PPE during welding operations.
Carry out fabrication, repair, and finishing work as required.
Maintain production quality and meet daily production targets.
Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of MIG welding techniques.
Ability to read technical drawings and fabrication layouts.
Knowledge of welding safety standards and procedures.




Positive hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to use measuring instruments and fabrication tools.
Basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance skills.

Qualification:
ITI / Diploma in Welding or related field preferred.
Welding certification is an added advantage.

Experience:
1–5 years of experience in MIG welding/fabrication work.
Experience in manufacturing, heavy engineering, automotive, or fabrication industry preferred.

Working Conditions:
Factory / fabrication shop workplace.
Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy materials when required.
