Position Details

Position: QC Executive

Department: Quality Control

Industry: uPVC Profile Extrusion Manufacturing

Location: Ranihati

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or CPET

Shift: Rotational Day & Night Shifts

Accommodation: Company Accommodation Provided

Key Responsibilities

Perform quality inspection of uPVC profiles during and after the extrusion process.

Monitor dimensions, surface finish, color consistency, and profile quality as per company standards.

Conduct in-process and final quality checks for extrusion products.

Maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.





Identify defects and coordinate with production teams for corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure raw materials and finished products comply with quality specifications.

Operate and handle measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, gauges, micrometers, etc.

Support implementation of quality systems, SOPs, and process improvements.

Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on the shop floor.

Required Skills

Knowledge of uPVC profile extrusion and quality inspection processes.

Understanding of quality tools and measuring instruments.

Basic understanding of extrusion machinery and manufacturing operations.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1–3 years of experience in QC within extrusion, plastics, or uPVC manufacturing industry.

Candidates with CPET qualification will be preferred.

Immediate joiners preferred.
