Minimum 10+ years of experience required in Real estate Sector.
Must have experience in High rise building .
Candidate must have accountability in preparation of work sequence,resource planning and scheduling in real estate.
Finalization of design & development.
Conduct monthly /weekly meetings and prepare action plan,MIS eic in Co ordination with Project Manager and Project Head.
Assist the tendering/budgeting team in the tender event scheduling.
Preparing the mobilization plan for resources in co-ordination with Project Manager and Project Head.
Education
B.tech (Civil) with 13+ years Experience.
