We are a fast-growing startup looking for a hands-on Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant or Senior Accountant who can independently manage the company's finance, accounting, statutory compliance, and investor-related financial requirements. Key Responsibilities are -
Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping.
Finalize monthly and annual financial statements.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with auditors, Company Secretary, banks, and consultants.
Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial analysis.
Support fundraising activities by preparing investor reports, financial data, and due diligence documents.
Manage payroll, vendor payments, reconciliations, and internal financial controls.
Ensure timely regulatory filings and compliance with applicable laws.
5–10 years of relevant experience,



preferably in a startup or SME environment.
Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, and statutory compliances.
Proficient in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially with investors, auditors, and senior management.
