Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in handling day-to-day HR activities in a quick-paced real estate environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
Coordinate employee induction and training programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Support employee engagement and performance management activities.
Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues professionally.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
Maintain HR reports and MIS on a regular basis.




Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
1–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
Good knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Preferred SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
