Job Description:

Role Summary:
We are seeking a Safety Engineer to support our rainwater harvesting and environmental solutions operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline, with at least 1 year of relevant experience. The role focuses on ensuring workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk management across manufacturing and field installation activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and protocols for manufacturing, installation sites, and field operations.
Perform risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Investigate accidents and near-misses; document findings and implement preventive measures.
Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
Collaborate with engineering,



project, and site teams to integrate safety into all operations and projects.
Maintain accurate safety records and support compliance reporting.
Stay updated on safety regulations and best practices relevant to environmental technology installations.
Lead emergency preparedness initiatives, including fire safety and evacuation drills.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in safety engineering or a related field.
Knowledge of safety regulations and standards (ISO 9001, OSHA, etc.).
Solid analytical and communication skills.
Willingness to travel to project and installation sites as needed.
