About the RoleTea Triangle Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Officer to expand the market presence of its FMCG brand Vutez. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience in the FMCG industry and a proven ability to generate business through retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.

This is a field sales role involving regular market visits across Kolkata and nearby districts.
Key ResponsibilitiesAppoint and develop current distributors and retailers.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Increase market coverage and product visibility.
Build and maintain robust relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
Ensure product availability and proper merchandising in assigned areas.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.




Prepare and submit daily work reports (DWR) and sales reports.
EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of field sales experience in the FMCG industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Positive knowledge of the Kolkata market and nearby districts.

Candidates with experience in Tea, Food, Beverages, Dairy, Snacks, Grocery, or other FMCG products will be preferred.
