Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall operations of the Sponge Iron (DRI) plant.
Ensure production targets with quality and cost efficiency.
Oversee maintenance activities to reduce downtime.
Ensure statutory, safety, and environmental compliance.
Drive process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
Monitor plant performance and take corrective actions.
Lead and mentor the plant operations team.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical/Metallurgy/Chemical
Industry Preferred: Sponge Iron/Steel/Metals
