Job Description:

Position: Sr. Officer/Executive Design & Development

Location: Daman

Experience: 5 - 8 Years

Industries: Pharma - Medical Device

Responsibilities:
Minimum experience of extrusion should be 3 years.
Handling hot melt extrusion machine and management of manufacturing through extrusion process in core plastic products.
Planning the feature development.
Working closely with the engineering team to align them with the requirements.
Tracking the development progress.
Developing the verification and validation plans
Working with the quality team to execute on the verification and validation suite
Understanding the requirements of these processes through reading and training.
Ensuring all the correct development processes are being followed
Creating the documentation required
Maintaining/ updating design history file
Learning the recent technologies, Implementing in house solution
Project progress, in case of delay how to speedup




Resource requirements, Daily task & their status
Follow-up taken with other departments on project progress, updating URS time
To subordinate & college about recent technologies, recent methods , documentation. Technical skills, New product development, New process.
Testing protocol to different department as per need of projects, in case of any undesired event.
