We are looking for:A smart, energetic, and responsible clinic assistant to join our healthcare clinic. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, punctual, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities:Welcome and assist patients professionally.
Handle patient appointments and follow-up calls.
Manage front desk operations smoothly.
Perform billing using clinic software (consultation, medicines, etc.).
Maintain basic accounts and daily records.
Coordinate with doctors and staff for patient flow.
generate valuable reviews
help in regular posting and managing company platforms
Ensure cleanliness, discipline,



and smooth functioning of the reception area.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient enquiries.
Requirements:Fluent in Kannada and English.
Basic knowledge of Hindi.
Basic computer skills (billing, MS Office, email, etc.).
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Punctual, disciplined, and well-groomed.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Previous experience in a clinic or hospital is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidates with basic sales or patient counselling skills will have an added advantage.

Salary: Based on experience and interview performance.
