Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, explaining products/services, and following up with potential customers.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers/leads.
Explain products and services clearly.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Follow up with interested customers.
Maintain basic customer information and call records.
Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass.
Freshers can apply.
Valuable communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
Comfortable using a smartphone/computer.
