Job SummaryProvide counseling and guidance to couples undergoing fertility treatment, ensuring excellent patient care and coordination throughout the treatment journey.
Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel patients on IVF, IUI, and fertility treatments.
Explain treatment plans, procedures, and costs.
Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with patients and doctors.
Address patient queries and provide emotional support.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Achieve counseling and treatment conversion targets.
EligibilityBachelor's Degree in any discipline (Healthcare/Life Sciences/Psychology preferred).
1–3 years of experience in healthcare or patient counseling (IVF experience preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
SkillsExcellent communication and counseling skills.
Empathetic and patient-focused.
Basic computer knowledge.
Fluency in English and the local language.
