The Organic World is a leading retail chain committed to providing healthy, organic, and sustainable products to customers. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management and distribution.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain warehouse organization and compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and store teams to ensure stock availability.
Conduct periodic inventory audits and cycle counts.
Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to achieve operational efficiency.
Ensure proper documentation of warehouse transactions and inventory records.
Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize warehouse productivity.
Monitor product quality and storage conditions, especially for perishable and organic products.




Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics supervision.
Experience in retail, FMCG, grocery, or food industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
