Om Netra Business (OPC) Private Limited is hiring experienced specialists for our USA Inbound E-commerce Voice Process.
Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls from customers across the USA.
Resolve customer queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, exchanges, and account support.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and performance standards.
Update CRM accurately after every customer interaction.
Follow client SOPs and compliance guidelines.
Candidate RequirementsExcellent spoken English with a neutral or American accent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.
Knowledge of E-commerce customer support (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay or similar platforms) is preferred.
Strong communication,



active listening, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in US Night Shift.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
