Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Operations:
Handling daily accounting transactions, including recording cash, bank, and asset movements, and generating relevant reports.
Tally Software Proficiency:
Managing all accounting activities using Tally software, ensuring data accuracy and effective record-keeping.
Financial Reporting:
Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other relevant reports.
Tax Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with GST and TDS regulations, processing tax payments and returns, and managing tax-related documentation.
Account Reconciliation:




Reconciling accounts payable and receivable, bank statements, and other financial records.
Auditing:
Reviewing and auditing financial transactions and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
General Ledger Maintenance:
Maintaining accurate and timely general ledger entries.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Administrative Tasks:
Handling documentation, communicating with authorities, and performing other administrative tasks related to finance.
Data Analysis:
Analyzing financial data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
