Counsel clients on work visa options and eligibility.
Explain visa process, required documents, fees, and timelines.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful clients.
Coordinate with the documentation team for application processing.
Maintain accurate client records and provide timely updates.
Achieve monthly counselling and sales targets.
Deliver skilled and courteous customer service.
