Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into office visits.
Welcome and assist walk-in visitors.
Manage the reception area and ensure a professional customer experience.
Respond to WhatsApp and phone inquiries promptly.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the counseling team.
Maintain customer records and daily inquiry reports.
Perform basic administrative and office coordination tasks.




RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.
Professional attitude with a positive personality.
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or reception is preferred but not mandatory.
