Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Explain matrimonial services and membership plans to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable guidance.
Follow up with customers regarding registrations and service updates.
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Achieve daily productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
Eligibility
12th Pass or above.
