As a Junior Barista, you will assist in preparing beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a welcoming experience for customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, workstations, and seating areas.
Replenish supplies and assist with inventory management.




Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
Support senior baristas and team members during busy periods.
Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn coffee preparation techniques and café operations.
