Krafts is a design-driven contracting company building beautiful, functional spaces. We're looking for a talented Interior Designer/Architect to join our growing team and help bring client visions to life.

We're seeking a mid-level Interior Designer/Architect to lead design concepts, space planning, and project execution from concept to completion, working closely with clients, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities
Develop design concepts, layouts, and mood boards based on client briefs and budgets
Create detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings using CAD/BIM software
Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures within project scope and budget
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed correctly
Prepare presentations and mockups for client approval
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve in office design issues




Stay current with design trends, materials, and sustainable practices

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
2–5 years of relevant skilled experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design software
Robust portfolio showcasing commercial projects
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods

Nice to Have
Experience with Revit or other BIM tools
Familiarity with sustainable/green design practices
Prior experience in a design studio or architecture firm
