Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Manage office LAN/Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems.
Handle networking cables, electrical wiring, and structured cabling.
Perform preventive maintenance of office IT equipment.
Coordinate with internet service providers and external vendors.
Maintain inventory of IT assets and accessories.
Provide technical support to office staff.
