Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and understand their academic and career goals.
Provide detailed information about the company's online courses and learning programs.
Guide students in selecting the most suitable course based on their interests and educational background.
Follow up with prospective students and address their queries professionally.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions.




Achieve counseling and enrollment targets while ensuring a high-quality student experience.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong academic knowledge and the ability to explain educational programs clearly.
Valuable interpersonal and counseling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and internet).
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with experience in academic counseling, admissions, or education sales will have an added advantage.
