Manage complete fabrication plant operations.

Recruit and manage shop-floor labour and supervisors.
Ensure product quality, timely delivery, and effective use of manpower.
Independently coordinate RITES inspections and related documentation with minimal owner involvement.
Maintain machinery, inventory, and production records.
Ensure safety, discipline, and smooth plant operations.
Take ownership of completing work on time and solving production challenges.
Be proactive, self-driven, and willing to learn new processes and products.
