Job Summary:

The Salon Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the salon, leading the team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the salon.
Supervise, train, and motivate hairstylists, beauticians, therapists, and support staff.
Schedule employee shifts and manage attendance.
Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
Monitor salon cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Oversee appointment scheduling and customer flow.
Track sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets.

Coordinate product displays and recommend retail products to customers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
